Returns & Refunds

At Northline Commerce, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used earbuds, headphones, or personal audio devices
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@northlinecommerce.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@northlinecommerce.co.uk

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@northlinecommerce.co.uk
