1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using northlinecommerce.co.uk ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

2. USE OF OUR SITE

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud
  • If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Processing times are 2-5 business days
  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. PREORDER TERMS

For products marked as "Preorder," the following additional terms apply:

Preorder items require a non-refundable 30% deposit at checkout. The remaining 70% balance will be automatically charged 13 days after your order date or when your item is ready to ship, whichever comes first. You will receive email notification before the final payment is processed.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Preorder items typically ship within 14 business days of order placement. Delays due to supplier or shipping carrier issues are beyond our control.

Deposits are non-refundable once the preorder is placed. If you fail to complete final payment within 5 days of notification, your order will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel preorders and issue full refunds if we cannot fulfill your order.

If your final payment fails, we will attempt to contact you via email. You have 5 business days to update your payment method. Failure to complete payment will result in order cancellation and loss of deposit.
