Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Pre-Orders & Payment Plans
When you place a pre-order with a deposit or payment plan through Northline Commerce, you may cancel your order subject to the following terms:
Cancellation Before Final Payment
- You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the final balance is charged
- To cancel, contact us at northlinecommercehq@gmail.com with your order number
- Deposits are refundable if cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled final payment date
- Cancellations within 7 days of final payment may forfeit the deposit
Cancellation After Final Payment
- Once the final balance has been charged and your order enters fulfillment, our standard refund policy applies
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for eligible items
How to Cancel
- Email us at northlinecommercehq@gmail.com with your order number and "Cancel Pre-Order" in the subject line
- We'll confirm cancellation and process any applicable refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Subscription Products (if applicable)
- If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us
- Cancellations take effect after the current billing cycle
- No refunds for partial subscription periods already paid
