Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders & Payment Plans

When you place a pre-order with a deposit or payment plan through Northline Commerce, you may cancel your order subject to the following terms:

Cancellation Before Final Payment

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the final balance is charged
  • To cancel, contact us at northlinecommercehq@gmail.com with your order number
  • Deposits are refundable if cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled final payment date
  • Cancellations within 7 days of final payment may forfeit the deposit

Cancellation After Final Payment

  • Once the final balance has been charged and your order enters fulfillment, our standard refund policy applies
  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for eligible items

How to Cancel

  • Email us at northlinecommercehq@gmail.com  with your order number and "Cancel Pre-Order" in the subject line
  • We'll confirm cancellation and process any applicable refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Subscription Products (if applicable)

  • If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us
  • Cancellations take effect after the current billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods already paid
